Senior Comprehensive Assessment Included

  • As part of your subscription, you will receive a one-time Senior Comprehensive Assessment valued at $600. This assessment is designed to give us a clear understanding of your loved one’s needs, helping to inform your caregiving approach and ensure you have access to the best possible support.

$450/month

-Includes: Four (4) One-Hour Support Coaching Sessions Per Month
-Available by phone or virtual video

-Each session is tailored to your unique caregiving experience.

  • Compassionate listening to understand your needs and challenges

  • A Senior Assessment to help your Dementia Support Coach better understand your loved one—then and now. This assessment also supports the process of managing and understanding challenging behaviors

  • Suggestive strategies to reduce agitation and address behavioral concerns

  • A personalized care plan after each session, with referrals to helpful resources as needed

  • Communication strategies to improve interactions between you and your loved one

  • Access to our Monthly Group Care Partner Support & Information Call

Schedule Your Initial Free Consultation

To begin your journey, simply click the "Schedule Consultation" button and arrange your first meeting with us. During this initial free session, we will collaborate with you to identify your specific caregiving goals and challenges. This personalized approach ensures that our support is tailored to your individual needs, setting a strong foundation for your coaching experience.

Begin Your Personalized Coaching Journey

After your consultation, you will have the opportunity to embark on your personalized coaching journey. If you choose to proceed, our dedicated Dementia Coach will provide ongoing support, resources, and expert guidance, helping you navigate the complexities of caregiving with confidence. We are committed to walking alongside you with compassion and expertise, making your dementia caregiving journey more manageable and empowering you to care for both your loved one and yourself.

Fees, Scheduling & Refund Policy

We’re committed to making your experience smooth, transparent, and supportive. Please review the following details about consultations, subscriptions, payments, and cancellations.


Free Consultation
Every new client receives a complimentary 15-minute consultation before enrolling in a subscription.


Payment & Processing
A 2.9% processing fee applies to all credit card, debit card, apple pay and google payments.
Clients will visit the booking page to sign up and submit payment for their monthly subscription.


Subscription Details
Subscriptions begin on the 1st of each month.
Monthly payments must be received by 5:00 PM (EST) on the 20th to continue sessions for the upcoming month.


If payment is not received by the deadline, the subscription will be automatically canceled.


Cancellation & Remaining Time
Subscriptions must be canceled by the 20th of the month.
If canceled, clients may still use any remaining time within the original 6-month subscription window.


Missed Appointments
Please reschedule or cancel appointments at least 3 hours in advance.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in discontinued access to future sessions.


Refunds
We do not offer refunds for missed or canceled appointments.
However, we recognize that loss is deeply personal and painful. If your loved one passes away during your subscription period, please reach out to us directly. We will honor a refund with compassion and care, and support you however we can during this time.
