Whether you're navigating behavioral changes, struggling with communication, feeling emotionally drained, or searching for trusted resources—you're not alone. Our Care Partner Help Appointments are designed to support you through these moments. We offer compassionate guidance, practical strategies, and a safe space to talk through what’s weighing on you. Let’s work together to lighten the load. Schedule your appointment today and take the first step toward clarity, confidence, and renewed strength. You Will Receive: • A 15–30-minute virtual session via video or phone • Personalized guidance from a dementia care expert • Support with behavior management, communication strategies, and care planning • A safe, compassionate space to share your concerns and receive suggestive strategies tailored to your situation Scheduling & Fees: • Appointments are available on select days and times to fit your schedule $25 per session. All credit and debit card payments are subject to a processing fee of 2.9% of the transaction total, plus $0.30. Cancellation Policy
We want every step of your experience to feel smooth, respectful, and supportive. Below are a few important details to know before booking your session. Payment & Processing To keep things simple and secure, all payments are made by credit card, debit card, Apple pay, or Google pay. A small processing fee of 2.9% is added to each transaction. When you're ready to book, just head to our scheduling page, fill out a brief questionnaire, and choose a time that works best for you. Cancellation Life happens—we understand. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in discontinued access to future sessions. Refunds & Credit We offer credit toward a future session for appointments that are canceled 24 hours in advance. This credit is valid for up to 3 months from the original appointment date. Please note that no credit is given for no-call, no-show appointments, as that time has been reserved specifically for you and cannot be reallocated. Refunds are only issued in the event of a loved one’s passing. If this applies to you, we invite you to reach out to us directly. We will honor your request with compassion and care and support you however we can during this time.
