Our Dementia Support Coaching is here to walk beside you—helping you navigate care decisions with confidence, reduce stress, and prevent burnout. Together, we’ll explore practical solutions tailored to your unique situation and offer thoughtful strategies to ease your caregiving journey

Cancellation Policy

We’re committed to making your experience smooth, transparent, and supportive. Below are the key details regarding consultations, subscriptions, payments, and cancellations. Complimentary Consultation Every new client receives a free 15-minute consultation before enrolling in a subscription. This is a chance to connect, ask questions, and ensure our services are the right fit for your needs. Payment & Processing - A 2.9% processing fee will be applied at the end of checkout to all credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments. - Clients can visit our booking page to sign up and submit payment for their monthly subscription. Subscription Details - Subscriptions begin on the 1st of each month. - Recurring payments are processed prior to the start of each new month. - To continue services, monthly payments must be received by 5:00 PM (EST) on the 20th of the previous month. - If payment is not received by the deadline, the subscription will be automatically canceled. Credit Policy - Clients who cancel by 5:00 PM on the 20th of the month will receive full credit of the subscription amount. - Cancellations made after the 20th but within the same month are eligible for half credit of the subscription amount. - If a subscription is canceled by the 20th, any unused time may be credited and used within a 6-month period. Refunds Refunds are only issued in the event of a loved one’s passing. We understand that loss is deeply personal and painful. If this applies to you, please reach out to us directly. We will honor your request with compassion and care and support you however we can during this time.
