Option 1: Partner Community (Referral Fee Available)

Unlike many placement services, Royalty Senior Living Navigation Service isn't limited to communities that pay referral fees. If a referral fee is available, our service is free to your family. "If we identify a community that you feel is right for your loved one and that community does not participate in a referral program, the family pays a simple flat fee of $1,200 for our services. This allows us to recommend the best option based on your family's needs, not on whether a community pays a referral fee.
