Each session lasts 60 minutes and offers a confidential space where you can openly discuss your concerns and needs with our Senior Care Consultant. ​ What to Expect A full hour dedicated to listening to your specific problem or need, ensuring your concerns are understood and addressed. Personalized strategies are developed and tailored to your unique caregiving situation. Deeper problem-solving and care planning, focusing on both immediate and long-term solutions. Emotional support is provided in a confidential and safe environment, helping you manage stress and feelings related to caregiving. Suggestive strategies are shared, specifically targeted to your caregiving challenges. Solutions and resources are offered for both care-related concerns and self-care needs, ensuring you have the information you need to care for yourself and your loved one. Family meeting facilitation is available, as needed, to help address caregiver issues following complex situations. Each private session is priced at $130.
