Over the years working in the senior living and senior care industry, I have seen my share of seniors dehydrated. Many of the facilities pushed more cold drinks, coffee, and juices. Don't get me wrong, I'm a firm believer in seniors eating and drinking things of their choice but incorporate water in the mix. It is also equally important for caregivers to drink a couple of water glasses to think clearly while providing care.
